What The World Is Watching prides itself on making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their merchandise. We at What The World Is Watching take this guarantee very seriously. Odds are you will be more than satisfied with your order. Our well kept statistics have shown that 99.99% of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Furthermore, nearly 50% of our customers purchase from us again and again! Therefore, we highly doubt that you will be unsatisfied with your merchandise. However, if you are the following guarantee is in effect:

Not happy with your merchandise? The Guarantee: If for any reason you are not one hundred percent satisfied with your purchase from What The World Is Watching, you can return your merchandise within thirty (30) days for a full refund of your purchase price. You also have the option of exchanging the item(s) that you are not satisfied with for any item(s) of equal value or lesser value. All refunds and exchanges will take four (4) to six (6) weeks to process.

Then send it back until you are! The Details: Excluded from the guarantee, are items that have been sent to you in an original sealed package. In order receive a refund on an item that is in an original sealed package, you must return the item sealed in its original package. What The World Is Watching will not issue a refund on any abused or damaged merchandise. This includes but is not limited to: opening a sealed item and then resealing it, damaging the condition of the card of an item, damaging the structure of an item, and etc.

What The World Is Watching is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. If your order arrives damaged, but was sent in a condition stated otherwise; you must resolve the issue with the postal service and not with What The World Is Watching.

What The World Is Watching does not refund any shipping costs. We do reserve the right to charge any additional shipping fees on refunds or exchanges.
